At I Love Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home essentials. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are unwashed, unused, and in their original linen bags with tags attached before securely sealing them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
